All Main Courses are served with two Vegetables and one Potato accompaniments from the selection below:-

with Bacon & Onions, Puree of Root Vegetables, Green Beans with Toasted Almond Butter and
Ratatouille of Vegetables (Courgette, Onion, Peppers & Aubergine).

Potatoes

Boiled, Creamed, Roast, Traditional Champ, Dauphinoise (sliced with Garlic Cream),
Marquis (piped and topped with Tomato Concasse), Croquette and Boulangerie
(sliced & braised in Chicken Stock).
If you wish to offer guests a selection, we can offer a maximum of two choices per course.
A supplement of £2 per head will be incurred and a pre-order is essential one week in advance.
