Deposits & Payments

We require a deposit of £50 (non-refundable) to secure booking of the Carlisle Suite. Full balance less any deposit paid is due on the night of the function. There is no charge for room hire when catering costs exceed £250. (Friday - Sunday 7pm - 1am £175 for entire evening)

Conditions

Customers may not bring their own food or drink onto hotel premises, with the exception of celebratory cakes. Chilled water can be supplied at no extra cost.

Any special requests should be put to the proprietors in writing in advance, eg. Cake stands, decorations, special music requests. We will try and meet the requirements of all customers within reason and to the best of our abilities.

The Function room bar will not open before 7pm unless it has been booked to do so. Disco/Music will cease at 12.45am, last orders will be called at 12.30am allowing 30 mins drinking up time before closing. The bar will shut at 1.00 am, all guests should be off the premises by 1.30am sharp.

The establishment reserves the right to judge acceptable levels of noise and behaviour of guests and invited friends. In the event of failure to comply with management requests, the establishment may terminate the booking without being liable for any refund or compensation. Any loss of business due to the above will be paid by the guest.

We also request that guests and their friends leave the premises quietly and respectively so as not to cause undue annoyance to residents or neighbours.
