Rossborough Hotel has various menus to tantalize your taste buds. The man behind the scenes, cooking all manner of fresh fare, from local produce, is Richard Baird.

He has worked his way through the ranks in many foreign and local restaurants; including The Royal Yacht Britannia and the famous Oloroso in Edinburgh.
In the world of cooking Richard explains “you never stop learning, even on days off. Relaxing and fishing I use the time to think about new and exciting dishes to tempt the customer!” Richard's menu is multi cultural and draws on his years of experience.
